Contract Execution

The contract is an essential part of a consulting engagement to ensure that both parties are protected and pleased with the project. Our goal is to ensure that you have a clear expectation of project details, takeaways, limitations, etc. You sign, we deliver.

Project Kickoff

If we are all aligned we will have a project kickoff which outlines accesses, platforms, etc. that we will need and we will set clear expectations on timeline and objectives. Our goal is transparency and clarity on your expectations and what we are able to deliver.

Delivery & Post Delivery

We will deliver the expected outcomes, and depending on project details this may require post delivery support. For example, if we work on a new segmentation and merchandising strategy, we will also provide post delivery reporting, tweaks and support.
